    Our son went through a similar situation as yours. You should have your son contact Larry Mullen, the deputy chief of DodMerb directly to ask any questions. Email him at Lawrence.E.Mullen.civ@mail.mil If you do he will tell you to have your son send him an email with his complete name and his last 4 SSN numbers. Larry prefers dealing with the applicant directly and not the parents.

    Nice update to post! Our DS had his spirometer test on Monday and the doctor found no trace of asthma!

    Excellent news!!! Our DS also passed Spirometry and then crushed the Methacholine challenge test (MCT) and got a waiver. Only issue there was it cost us about $2k since the waiver requesting authority does not cover that for the candidate. Good luck the rest of the way!
