DS appointed 3/25/2011 - Rhode Island

Two months ago, I called AFA to ask when I day was - the AO said 6/30; however, I hear talk that it's 6/23. Can someone with a BFE confirm I day for me? Thanks

My son just got an email from Admissions: "you’ve completed everything for your file that you have control of. All candidates that have completed their files will be notified in early April whether they have an appointment to the Academy or not."

Flieger- Thanks so much; this clarifies things. We will wait, and wait, and wait until the day arrives. If he is put on the waitlist, does that occur at the same time?

Flieger, can you weigh in on this? My son is a principle nom, two other noms, good SATs and GPA, 3 Q'd and still no BFE. Something like this on the forum makes anxious parents and qualfiied candidates nervous.

Flieger, can you weigh in on this? I have a son with a principle nom, great SATs, GPA, etc. and still no appointment. This is scary to have on the forum with so many anxious parents and fully qualified candidates.

My son has 3 noms: principle, alternate and competitive and still no BFE. He has a call into his MOC to try and determne when BFE will arrive.

Definitely interested in Orientation if/when son receives an appointment.
