I would call the Dean's Office I have a friend who did exactly what you describe at USNA. She got her Bachelors and Masters in the 4 years (she is brilliant and now a PhD in Nuclear Physics). It's worth asking those in a decision-making capacity if USMA ever does this too.

The Biggest PRO is... you get to play for Coach Sotollano. You will not find a better coach anywhere - not only for baseball but teaching you about how to be a standup guy. Combine that with the rest of the USMA and there is no better training to be a leader of quality.

Daaltaraan - yes we figured as much but wondering if it is too late given it appears ROTC aps openned Feb 2012. How many to apply to/for in part depends on the probabilities at this point for WP.

Thanks for the quick response. So when and to whom are LOEs issued? How much of the application process has the candidate typically completed to receive one? In all the research my son and I have done, we never heard mention of this.
