Look in the Nominations tab in your candidate portal and there should be a PDF with a form that you must fill out along with the required document(s), and you just have to mail those to the address given in the form in order to get the Presidential Nomination.

Took about a week after my MOC called for my BFE to arrive. I got the call on March 4th and received the BFE on the 11th.

I was in a similar situation with my USMA application, but after contacting the admissions team, they just told me to send an updated official transcript to fix the problem.
