Plenty of opinions to go around on IFT, and each option has its merits. I asked a lot of active pilots before I made the decision. It's generally viewed as a plus. And if someone manages to get cut from IFT they probably wouldn't have made it through UPT anyway.

Any boost to your PCSM (a few more flying hrs or a TBAS retake), GPA, or PFA between now and the supplemental boards is the way to go. You're probably right at the cutoff, so keep swinging!

And Humey is right on depth perception at least. I've heard of half a dozen guys retrying it to pass at the FC1 and saw a couple more retry and pass while I was there.
