Excellent question. Does anyone know the answer to this? If you were to major in Materials Engineering (not on the desired list) would you lose your technical scholarship?

Question about a Type 2 scholarship... My DD was awarded a Type 2 tech scholarship. If she was to attend an in-state school, it appears a Type 7 would be just as good. If she decides on an in-state University, is it possible to convert to a Type 7? It seems it would be just as beneficial or...
