I tend to agree with franknd. If it is straight denial, why wait to keep the applicant from working on options B,C,and D. Or at least give the applicant feedback as to his chances of acceptance as being good, fair, or unlikely so that he/she can assess options B, C and D. I am not implying...

I figured as much. It seems like if you are not notified before that date, then chances are more likely that you are denied or waitlisted.

So all the applicants find out on April 1 or just the rejections/waitlist on April 1?
