What paperwork will I need to have in order to get the medical issues taken care of?

What steps would someone recommend if you are 98% sure your DODMRB examination will list you as disqualified because of past mental conditons? (therapy & antidepressants) Is persuing the waiver a good idea or should I accept that it probably won't work and move on?
