Yea it is confusing especially when flags have different meanings in the US and internationally. I believe this is fairly accurate..it also includes the meanings when used in a sailing regatta, but you do not need to know those. Only the Navy and International meanings...

I didn't apply for AIM and still got in so I wouldn't really consider it a "problem"..I think it can only help you that you went..not hurt you that you didn't go

It is true that breaking contracts is never a good way to go..but if that were the case CGA couldn't give out appointments after May 1 which I'm not sure is feasible

if you have informed the college that yes, if my dream school gives me an appointment, I will take it.
