So how does it work if we received a nomination but are still completing the application?

Well, we may have messed up the order but does it matter ? My son received his nomination last night from Rep Connelly in Va but we have not finished the application process. Do you think this will be a disadvantage? DODMERB and CFA are both complete. Thanks. great forum
