    My mistake. For reference my son scored 287 on his PFE taken the last week of September. He was right around your score this time last year so there are points to be gained if you work at it.     My DS is a current swab at USCGA. They went test optional last year as it was very difficult to schedule tests during the pandemic. He was only able to get one ACT test taken. That said I would not advise trying to gain admissions without test scores unless your academics are absolutely stellar.
