    Yes yes yes. This morning at 9am no portal change. Then suddenly at 1:30pm, BOOOM the portal updated. It was funny the letter they posted made it seem as if they have been waiting for him to make a decision. "...we haven't heard from you..." smh. My DS is happy though.

    R-Day air travel question

    It is my understanding if he travels with you you book the flights and if he travels by himself then West Point books the flight and they pay for it
