    I would like to know if there is any way for me to enlist with a juvenile background. I'm 23 and when I was 13 years old I was charged with burglary. I was with a friend going up to one of his friends to hang. He knocks on the door nobody answers, he goes inside I waited outside. Being in the military runs deep in my family. Please help me out with any information. I'm a father and a husband.

    There are waiver processes. It all depends on what's in the court records. Talk to your local Army Recruiters and they can pull the court documents and let you know what level the waiver is.

    They charged me with 3 juvenile felonies, burglary, burglary, and theft. The first burglary is the story up above. The second is when I was home later that night that same kid went and broke into the same house; STUPID. They thought I was with him and they arrested me. The theft is from the first one when the kid stole stuff.
