Just got word that all Plebes and Midshipmen are to report as scheduled on Sunday 4 November. Here is a note from Admiral Helis: "Plan is for all midshipmen to return on Sunday. That will put us in the best position to start second trimester. Delano ready to feed full complement starting Sunday...
My DS always had enough money when he was on ship. Then there was always the cash money he was given when he got off the ship. His last one he walked off with $650 given to him by the Captain, First Mate and Engineers on the ship. He always seemed to come out pretty good. :shake:
LOL Keep it up guys. I really enjoyed the forum during my DS time at USMMA and now that he has graduated I feel myself drawn back from time to time! Yes there is a wealth of knowledge here.
:thumb::thumb:
So where are all the DS and DD headed after graduation?
I will start it off. DS is going to work for MSC as 3rd Engineer 1 month after graduation.:wink:
Good Luck to All!!!
DS was worried about us bringing a Impala to Graduation next week. I have just had a new serpentine belt, transmission filer & fluid, new plugs & fuel filter put on my 2002 Grand Caravan (154,000 miles) that we are taking to Kings Point now. DS is now happy that there will be enough room for...
DS is a engineer and got a job offer from MSC back in February. From what I understand he will be heading to the ship in July.
See you all at Graduation next month!! :shake:

Just heard Kings Point mentioned on The Weather Channel. They were saying that the water was still rising on Long Island Sound.
My DS had not been home since Christmas and was able to get roundtrip out for under $300.00 to Michigan. On another note his wrestling coach called to check on him...
The "Ring Dance" was last weekend. Are there any photos up to see? I remember last year that there was a website where you could see them.
Thanks:confused:
I completely agree. My DS will be starting his first class year (2012) and just 3 years ago there were less photos and videos.
:biggrin:
One of the differences is that we were able to look through the web-cams some. I got to check the progress on Barney Square while it was redone. But now...
