In support of what FloridaDad said, my cousin originally had an NROTC scholarship but dropped it and went to AROTC instead. He was given a scholarship before fall term was up.

Got the official letter today, four year tuition coverage to Oregon State University. What a relief, I'm glad this waiting process is over!

Checked my status today and I got an offer to my first choice, Oregon State University! :biggrin:

I don't think that option was available when I applied. I just got a letter in the mail saying I was accepted.

I'd rather have them double the commitment, I plan to make a career out of the Army anyways and I'd rather not have to deal with student loans.
