Has anyone gotten an upgrade from a 3-year to a 4-year?

I have a 3.30 unweighted GPA, a 3.69 weighted GPA, and only a 26 ACT, and was awarded the 3-year scholarship during the January board. These stats are much lower than many people on here so many of y'all are in a good position for at least a 3 year. Of course, I'm keeping hope for an upgrade to...
