so even if I send in new records, can they ask her as part of waiver process and while waiver is pending under review, to take tests- I know yours was required to take the metho test- was that request made after he was dq and as part of the waiver process?

thanks for reaching out . I am working with Dr. Merchant as we have three pending dq's and none seem to be right-- Since she has an LOA and also nomination, I think they do waiver automatically. I am having testing done and will send all in one package. They did not ask her to take asthma...
