Does anyone know how long it takes to get the certificate of appointment mailed?

Is anyone else’s portal not logging in today? I know the usual trick to get to the second portal, but it isn’t working today for me.

Does anyone know how far along the admissions board is in regards to appointments? It seems to be a little slow right now.
