My Dad did it and then we got it notarized and sent it. It has been accepted and is marked as received on the portal.

Congratulations @NE2023 ! I sent notarized copies of my Birth certificate and Passport and they have been accepted by USNA and the portal is updated. My city does not write anything on the USNA Police Clearance form so had to send their letter and the USNA form by UPS. It too has been accepted.

Don't loose hope. Talk with the Admissions. Also try Class of 2024. My Dad used to check with me every other day on the progress and updates.
