Sorry for the confusion, you were talking about the medical forms/instructions. Yes it comes in a normal envelope and it came last week.

My DS received his letter in the mail yesterday. It is a large envelope package that won't fit in most mailboxes so make sure to check by your front door.

Do you think it would be fine to just print out the email letter and sign it to send back?
