So does anyone know if a majority if the EA LOA/appointments are given on Jan. 15 or is it the day of deferral letters?

I suggest using this website: http://www.military.com/military-fitness/fitness-test-prep/service-academy-cfa . It helped me a lot and has a bunch of workout plans for beginners or people with experience. The plans also target the muscles used in all exercises.
