    AFROTC Rated Boards 2016

Hi Eric Just to piggyback (who doesn't love to hear that!) -- and for the sake of knowledge only, I don't want to continue the tirade of the last two pages -- AD officers (and enlisted who either want to be officers or are just curious on what future officers have to say) look at this site. I...

    Where Are They Now?

Joined SAF as a junior in high school (2009). Did AFROTC at Embry-Riddle (Daytona). Commissioned 5 May 2014, graduated on the 6th, active duty on the 17th. IFS in June, RAP program in September, UPT in October. I've had the benefit so far of being very quick to EAD, go to IFS, start/complete...

    AROTC Embry-Riddle

I'm sure you guys will meet. It's a fairly small school (though they've been building a lot the past few years) and Army, AF, and Navy try to do joint events whenever possible.

    Marijuana Use AFROTC?

If you get a scholarship under the pretense of not doing drugs and then later admit that you did -- even on your first day of AFROTC (you will fill out the form again), there's a high likelihood that you could be kicked out (at the very least, you'll lose the scholarship). My general advice it...

    AFROTC Pilot Slot Chances

Ain't nobody got time for dinner and Xbox in UPT haha Sorry, just wanted to grab onto that (personal perspective). Pima's pretty much got this conversation on lockdown, but I did want to add on to something she said about academics. In all honesty, that's probably the single greatest factor in...

    AFROTC Pilot Slot Chances

It's been a long time since I've been on here so I haven't had a chance to look around and see if this was posted yet, but here are this year's rated stats.

    AFROTC EA due date

Especially when their last names may or may not start with W, S, and G respectively :thumb: As to those EAs, this semester has been the most lacking for information in 4 years (usually SAF is the first to get intel, even before FB). Last year they were released 11 April. Really you guys are...

    AFROTC ABM Scholarship Flight Suit

It's not supposed to be at commander's discretion - the regs say 400s only. Either way though, I think you should just wait, even if given permission -primarily for what dingo said: it's about your class.

    Stipend

AFROTC stipends do not occur until contracted. Exception: field training pay

    Anyone know their MAX?

You fill out a form stating dates for commitments you have over the summer (ie: classes, weddings, etc). While I don't recall any time where they've scheduled anyone for FT during classes, most of what you put on the form is for the "consideration" of the Air Force but they don't have to give...

    Recent Pilot boards and ENJJPT

Congratulations on the pilot slot! Hopefully I find out from my det tomorrow. Not that it matters for this board, but my PCSM score went from 65 to 53 and AFOQT-Pilot from 81 to 85. For those interested, info on PCSM 2.0 can be found here.

    After Field Training

He should contract pretty much as soon as he gets back to school (they'll make sure of that). He will get a stipend while at field training by the way :thumb: As for tests, you're probably thinking about the Air Force Officer Qualifying Test, or AFOQT. As soon as he gets back from field...

    Slot selection at UPT

I'm just curious, does anyone have any insight about going helos out of UPT? My plan is to fly Pavehawks for CSAR but there's not much information I can find about the process other than helo pilots go to Fort Rucker.
