LTC Heffington's words are true. It is an unfortunate situation which most if not all of the faculty at USMA are aware and/or deal with daily. I have received the superintendent's response. I cannot comment on that. However, I would say I wish I had such courage to speak up as LTC Heffington did.

I was going to ask you if you ever did laundry at your sponsor's house? I have two incoming this Fall. What did you expect out of your sponsors? This sounds like an odd question. But I find the plebes I picked up throughout the academic year usually worked out better than the ones I got assigned...
Just use the laundry service in town. It is a bit pricey but they do deliver better results. If there is a problem that money can solve then that isn't a problem, right?
