Within the document titled "College Courses Form", do AP courses count as prior college courses? The exact wording of the question is "Have you (or will you have) completed courses at a college prior to your enrollment at USMA?" Thank you for your help!

There is hope! After a short (not really) 4 months I finally became 3Q this week. This is the first correspondence I have received in a while. I was getting worried that admissions may have lost my file or another technical error occurred.

I submitted the last of my materials in Mid-November and have had no word since (Not even 3Q if USAFA does it). Should I be concerned at all? It has been four months of no information.
