There is a lot more to consider than board scores.
They are part of the story. Leadership, varsity sports, activities, grades etc. are all very important.
Even though I saw things that bothered me there is no way that I will document them here or anywhere else.
I have no beef with USNA I owe them too much.
BGO is top shelf. Lives less than two miles away. He was all over making this happen. The process has been much easier than I thought it would be.
We had no idea what an LOA was when it showed up in late July. Had to read it several times to decipher the Navy speak.

My twins got the LOA's in July, DODMERB qualified four weeks ago and a Presidential Nomination four weeks ago. When would an appointment be realistic?

Correct. DODMERB is not backed up this time of year. My boys had their DODMERB two weeks ago and DODMERB has already processed the physical and notified Annapolis. The whole process was 2 and half weeks. I suspect in March you could add at least two more weeks.
