When I was on the board if you were boarded/under consideration and then moved to boarded during the next board it was an indication that you probably would be receiving a scholarship. But do not quote me, that's just how it worked that year.

ROO called and told me that I had an an AROTC 3 Year AD award offer. I didn't know that was possible before I got on to campus. I applied for the national scholarship this year but didn't get anything. You can imagine I was pretty excited. How common is this?
