    I’ve been attempting to open account for about 3 weeks new and I’ve been running into the same issue. I’ve called about three times now and will be calling again on Friday if the issue isn’t resolved.

    "ISR" NROTC Award comes with a pretty big Catch-22

    I personally received the ISR NROTC Scholarship and will be declining it as I have received appointments to USMA and USNA. It’s not binding. You can still opt out if you get the ISR.

    I went to the MVP Visit. It’s a great experience, but not everyone received LOAs when I was there. I had an LOA for over 2 months before I went. You just get a certificate.

    I’ve had an LOA since August and Nom since November. We’re all waiting. Hopefully the BFEs do come on the 15th.
