My DS has been at sea on A split since November. I have not seen any communications regarding if and how Sequestration will impact the USMMA. What is the school saying? Will the professors and the rest of the staff be furloughed?

Our DS is in the 2nd company. We just were able to talk to him for 90 minutes. All 2nd company parents owe a debt of thanks to the 2nd company's top racers in the 5K race.

I am aware that the parents guide states this is a preferred form of communication to a DS/DD. My question is will my DS be allowed to load the software onto his computer or is it included when he receives it? Are there any other helpful hints re Skype? We have never used it before.
