This is how it was at my Det as well. It wouldn't make sense to send cadets who didn't pass because they run the risk of failing again, and that would be a waste of money.

I thought the average PCSM for pilot last year was 64?

If I'm not mistaken, I think RSS is your rank within your whole 300 class. I just retook it as well and am now sitting on a 68.

Anyone else recently retake the TBAS? If so, how much of an improvement? If any.

GPA: 3.8 PFA: 97.8 PCSM: 28 FT: DG Ranking: 1/28 This was my PCSM from earlier in the year, retaking the TBAS this month with 21 flying hours logged. How much did you guys' TBAS improve if you took it a second time? I want to get into 40's (not including my 21 hrs) my second try.

To answer your question about the rated board, you would go through the motions just like every other cadet. All of this conditional release and 30 prior stuff is just so that you aren't contracted and enlisted at the same time. It would be like being commissioned and enlisted at the same time...
