Hi t&omom, DS received his nomination letter from our MOC on Saturday! He interviewed the previous Saturday. What a relief to have that out of the way!

The status for my DS is also still "application on file". Maybe behind due to the storm.

Lol! Too funny! I know he's not in yet, but it sure feels good to have that hurdle out of the way.

Congrats! My DS also interviewed with Congressman Herger's office on Saturday.

We are planning on an overnight in early November. I want DS to be sure KP is the place for him too. My nephew is a 2007 KP grad so DS has been fully informed of what to expect. But still, DS needs to be sure for himself.

Thanks Lynpar, Good to know. Maybe I can relax a bit (ha ha) DS is in communication with the swim coach already too! I really appreciate all the posters on this forum. It brings some peace of mind to me during this agonizing process.
