I'd have zero problem with BGOs, FFRs or ALOs sitting on any panel as long as those kids weren't asked to rank their preferences, by anyone at anytime in the process. To be honest, they probably know best about who should be offered an appointment.

Correct. It's my understanding the Area BGO and FFR for our area are the lead for our Congressional district.
