Thanks for the advice and suggestions. I had a sitdown with my DivO today and we discussed USNA, USCGA, and "A" school; as a CWO3s, he understands my position and looks at the application with prior enlisted expertise.

Since we are underway I'll use the online form.

I'll give that information to my DIVO. I gave him OPNAVINST 1420.1B. Hopefully that will clear up any issues. I am also applying to USCGA, keeping all my options open.
