The way I read it the resources are available to all incoming cadets. The only advantage these cadets will have is that they are getting a special introduction to them.

Somewhere in the instructions you should find something about adding additional information. I think there's a blank block at the end of all the questions or you're told to add a page. That's where you'd put the info on the sixth sibling.
