I am simply in belief that I didn't get in because my records just were not good enough. I scored a 31 on the ACT, didn't do so well on the CFA (I was recoving from a broken collarbone), and I didn't have the chance to take Physics or Calc because my school doesn't offer AP or Honors courses...

I'll agree with that. They called and cancelled my interview the day before I was supposed to drive up for it because I already had one from my congressman. Very polite, very honest, and very helpful.

Well, I received my TWE in the mail Friday night. Bit of a bad time, I was planning a fire with some close friends, but you have to keep moving, I suppose. I may or may not reapply next year. If I don't, I'll most likely be off to OCS after college graduation, depending on how my college...

I'm still a little confused on the timeframe then. If they were to offer a Conditional Offer of Appointment, would I be notified of THAT by April 15, then have to worry about the waiver, or could I expect everything to be wrapped up by the 15th? Sorry, I'm just not really sure how that works...

What if said candidate needs a medical waiver? My understanding is that I would receive a TWE containing a LOA pending the medical waiver, then the waiver would be filed, THEN I would either receive a TWE or BFE depending on the waiver status.

Michigan is the same way. I went to an interview with a Senator, then my Congressman, then had another with the other Senator. However, the Congressman notified me just a few days after the interview that I had received one of his ten competitive spots. The other Senator then cancelled on me...
