According to DoDI 6130.03-VI, page 16 under section 6.4 Vision, clearly stated that Current distant visual acuity of any degree that does not correct with spectacle lenses at least 20/40 in each eye.
Nothing about aided or unaided. So for them to request AMI pointless
the reply I got from the technician was that the physician that reviewed both submissions of mine(which both actually meet regulations standards) says they FELT as if i should be under waiver review. Shouldn’t there be a legitimate regulation reasoning for that not just because you feel like it?
