DS received the NROTC National Scholarship and I know he will get reimbursed for the uniform fee. He is attending Norwich which is a Corps of Cadet SMA. Will he be refunded the full costs of the uniform fee (roughly $2300) or just the portion of Navy uniforms he receives? TIA

They will only reimburse airline travel and not POV travel since airline is cheaper

DS received an email for first session but that was before he transferred his scholarship to Norwich. They replied that he doesn't have to attend now that he is going to Norwich.
