Just found out that my DS did not get accepted. He is ok with this because he did get accepted into VMI on a 4 year AROTC.

Has anyone bought from the linen company that sells the Rat packs? We are from CA and to bring/ship all he needs is a lot. I was thinking about buying the rat package from www.linensupplier.com.

For out of state tuition, after the 4 year AROTC scholarship, you will be responsible for the Room and Board and Quartermaster fees. The cost for Fall 2018-2019 year is $12,856. I spoke with the financial aid office yesterday.

Nope not yet for us. Unless I’m looking in for he wrong area.

I know it is an average, but so some don't get discouraged, my DS has a 3.5 GPA and a 1270 SAT. He got accepted back in August, however also got accepted to VMI and will attend VMI.

I am curious, my DS received a 4 year AROTC scholarship. What happens or how does it work if it takes him longer to complete his Bachelors degree then the 4 years?

My DS received an AROTC 4-year scholarship and accepted to VMI. He loves the idea of going to VMI, HOWEVER, he knows how prestigious getting into the USNA is. Besides the pros and cons of each school, what would be the pros and cons of being in the Army vs Navy?
