I attend a public boarding school in the state where I received my nomination from my senator. My parents have moved out of state. Do I have to notify my congressman about my change of residency? I am aware that I have to notify the academy.

Is it true that there is no coming back from this? My portal has been all checkmarks except for the Optional Recommendation and DoDMERB since I can remember submitting the candidate kit. Do you know why it would still allow me to schedule DoDMERB exams if my file was closed?

My portal has been at "Your Deadline Has Passed. Your File Has Been Closed." for a while now. Does anyone know what exactly this means? Does it mean I'm still waiting to get my app reviewed, or something else. For context, everything except my DoDMERB has been submitted.
