For those still waiting, PMS told us it is not in alpha order - but by the OML. So - don't give up hope.

Well - found out it is a 4 yr - but not to school of choice - not even top two. What to do now? Declined admission to this school a couple of weeks ago. Should we call CC and see if it can be transferred????? Or call school and see if we can still get in ??? Any advice would be appreciated!

Yes - that is exactly how it was expalined to us. For this year however, I was told that the "bar was not lowered yet." In other words - if they set it at 975 for the first review, they did not lower it yet. The PMS at my son's number 1 school shared that with us before the March review board.

Nothing here either. May 1st is right around the corner so decisions will have to be made. One parent posted about SMP. Her son was actually going to BT this summer, before Freshamn year, still taking ROTC classes. Any one have any input on this route?

Yes - we were told that the application was strong. Also said he would not be surprised if a scholarship was awarded in the final board.

bdaMom - QQ - I thought you could only go the SMP route after one year of college was completed? This may be a great option for my son as well who has yet to been awarded an ROTC scholarship.
