On the candidate portal login page it reads -" A GOOD QUALITY COPY of your Social Security Card is acceptable so that the original can be left in the safekeeping of your family. All numbers must be legible and the card must be signed"

In the instructions for candidates offered admission it states "all active orthodontics must be appropriatly completed prior to reporting to West Point, retainers are acceptable" I'm sure the braces you take out are still considered orthodontics, maybe someone else has an answer for you or...

I know you cannot go in with braces on.

My DS called to open an account, and they had the form and faxed it to us all filled out, so all he had to do is sign it. I'm sure if you don't have a fax they can email it to you.
