My son had ACL reconstruction surgery last month and he received an ROTC scholarship this week. I know we will have to try to get a waiver. Was there anything special you had to do to get the waiver or have the surgeon do? I am sure by the time school starts next year he will be back to full activity, but he certainly won't be when ever he has the physical.
