Blood type was not required for the class of 2021 and they completed this at USMA during Beast.

It is on the "overview" tab of the portal, on the left hand side of the page. It is a blue box and says "Offered Appointment". It is very obvious when it appears on the overview tab, you can't miss it because it something new on that page. My DD received the BFE before the portal updated.

My DD's writing score never appeared in her portal (she just accepted her appointment so it hasn't been showing the whole time). She did confirm with her RC that they had them on file, once she confirmed WP had them, we didn't worry about it anymore.

The Senior Senator in Oregon is actually "62" so the 61/62 might not always indicate the senior/junior for each state.
