Has it ever been known for TWE's to receive an offer to prep after receiving TWE?

With there now being a direct admit waitlist as well as a prep waitlist for USAFA, is the idea that some offers to prep and/or academy will not come later on? I know that was always a slim chance, but curious if anyone knows if that's now off the table considering USAFA now has a waitlist.

She sounds like an amazing kid. DD was turned down last week from USNA and we're still waiting to hear from USAFA. In the same boat, but don't be discouraged. As @Capt MJ and so many others have stated, these are ALL amazing kids. It is heartbreaking and stings a bit, but don't let it change...

Curious of this as well. I don't have DD login creds but I know she's checking throughout the day but not sure if she needs to. This forum is a lot quieter than USNA. Are there any USAFA veterans that can chime in as to the process or why it may be so quiet this week?

Can someone give detail to this appointee event? Curious about candidates that may still be Waiting to hear or at 100%?

Thank you. DD also applied to USNA and I've been over on their thread so the "CPR" was stuck in my head. Not intended to throw anyone off. Yes, hers just shows 100% with all the check marks. Good Luck everyone still waiting! We're down to the last few days (hopefully).
