My DD portal changed with updated information on school choices, SAT scores etc. but still saying no decision has been made. Is this what everyone else has seen with the updates on the site?

I was wondering if my dd is accepted into her 1st and 2nd University choices, and she is also awarded a nrotc scholarship for her first choice school could she still chose her 2nd choice if the tuition is cheaper at school #2?
