My son received a link with his USNA candidate number to set up his account in the Candidate Information System, but the link isn't working. Anyone else encounter this issue?

I think our problem stems from the fact that we used my son’s school email account. The most recent email said to use Teams app for Personal home use, not the work or business version. Trying to solve it from this angle now.

Can anyone help with setting up Microsoft teams account. We accepted the invitation, but it doesn’t go any further. Thanks!
