As the mom of a 2/C Cadet (and 2017 hopeful...), I've read there is a Base-wide planned power outage from 0600-1600 today. No power anywhere on Base. Not sure if this has anything to do with the server being down or not. Anyone hear anything else about this? My advice... keep trying...
