USNA should just let all the mids hang out together next couple of weeks and get this behind them. Trying to keep it out is a losing battle and is making life miserable for the mids. This virus just doesn't affect these college kids.

I met a West Pointer this weekend and he was telling me about early 80's game that was played at the Rose Bowl. 9,000 cadets and mids were flown to CA for the game. That was a road trip!

The Gossip on The Yard is that it's possible game will be played at West Point since stadium on their campus- if the fan restrictions aren't increased in Philly.

I've just read where state of MD not allowing any of the Brigade to attend BYU game. I'm calling my MOCs to ask them to call MD gov about this. I hope others will do the same. That is just ridiculous on the part of state of MD.

If no fans, why wouldn't the entire Brigade be able to attend? There will be plenty of room for all in an otherwise empty stadium.

As an SEC person, whether the big10 or pac12 plays football is irrelevant to the CFP. This just means we don't need a semi-final game this year. I do hope the Army/Navy game is played somewhere. We need it more than ever this year.

So will USNA just test for current status of the virus, or will they do any antibody testing to see if plebe has already had it? I would think that would be valuable info in evaluating the class. I would bet that quite a few have had it, but didn't even know it.
