Hi, My son got recruited last year for a sport at the Academy. He got invited for Junior Day and the coach got in contact with him at the beginning of his Senior year. He didn't get any nomination so they helped him with it. I think every sport has allocation for Sup nomination.

My DS received his Appointment for Class 2020. He didn't apply for NASS nor got invited for CVW.

I believe it is part of the yellow immunization form. There is a portion there for PPD.
