Ok, still a little fuzzy on the waiver process...Does DoDMERB review for waivers at the service academies request, or does the academy review waiver with recommendation of DoDMERB? What is DoDMERB's role in the process? Thanks in advance, I'm sure I'll figure all this out eventually
