We remitted payment days after our DS's acceptance to NASS back in February. The only communication since then was payment verification. Should we expect any information other than what was included in the acceptance email? Many Thanks!

That's quite cynical. Our BGO has given us no reason to believe he has anything but the best interest of our son in mind. He has been an incredible help and I am certain his advice had nothing to do with the minimal fee that will be collected from us for NASS.

Our BGO told us the opposite and strongly suggested out DS attend NASS instead of Boys State. We have great respect for him and he has been a wonderful support through this process. Why don't you have your BGO review your resume and let him/her offer you advice.

Quick question about SLE...DS's portal says "Not Selected" however he did not receive an email. Did you all get an email in addition to the update on the portal? Thank you

My DS is in the exact same boat. Attending NASS first session and not selected for SLE. Wanted to experience both so he can compare. Wish USMA offered CVW. Best of luck to everyone!!!!

Well...that is how my DS is taking it however he has not received a decline yet. He was accepted to NASS so he is looking forward to that experience.

Anybody get in recently? My DS's portal is still open and he has not received a rejection. Hate to be impatient but we have some other summer invitations we have to respond to and are waiting on SLE first. Thanks everyone for your updates and congrats to those already in the program!

It is so hard to fit it all in!!! DS asked his Blue and Gold officer whether he should attend Boys State or NASS and he strongly advised NASS over Boys State. This surprised us since it is counter to other comments I have read on this board. They are the same week and we had to choose between...

DS was accepted into NASS in February but still has not heard from SLE application. Hoping to hear something either way soon.
